ACS Junior B – 2^nd

Under 12 Open Category

Jabez Law – Joint 3^rd

Under 12 Nurture Category

Joseph Hee – 1^st

Under 10 Nurture Category

Benjamin Hee – 5^th

It was an amazing outing for the ACSJ boys at this year’s SP Nurture Cup. Many of our boys played in the individual events and we fielded three teams for the Mixed Team event. For some of the boys, it was their first tournament ever and they showed tremendous talent, courage and fighting spirit. We are so proud of them!!! Kudos also to the parents who had to shuttle them to the Singapore Sports School in Woodlands, the venue for the event. The Mummies and Daddies were unceasing in their support and encouragement of the boys. Thank you, Parents!!!

ACS (Junior) created history by making it to the finals of the Team event. There were a total of 53 Teams. Along the way, ACS Junior Team beat Chongfu “3”, Ngee Ann, Ai Tong “1”, Nanyang “1” and Sarawak “A”. It often felt like David meeting Goliath as many in these teams were experienced, accomplished players. It was also a great privilege to play the visiting team from Sarawak, Malaysia. We finally lost to a very strong Chongfu “1” in the finals.
